Refund policy
At SideKick Society, we want you and your sidekick to be completely happy with every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right immediately.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
