🚚 Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 8-11 business days within South Africa, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

We periodically offer free shipping promotions. Keep an eye on our store and sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

Currently we primarily serve South Africa. Please contact us if you're based elsewhere and we'll do our best to assist.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Simply reach out to us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

What sizes are available for pet apparel?

Our apparel comes in a range of sizes to suit different breeds. Each product listing includes a size guide — we recommend measuring your pet before ordering.

Are your products safe for all breeds?

Yes! Our products are designed with pet safety in mind. However, always supervise your pet when trying a new product for the first time.

What materials are used in your products?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout including Yoco.

Is it safe to pay on your store?

Absolutely. Our store uses SSL encryption and secure payment processing to keep your personal and payment information safe at all times.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
